Will I receive my certification card the same day?

YES. Cards are issued upon successful course completion.

What is the minimum number of participants needed to book a class?

6 if your class is within 30 miles of Glendale, AZ. Otherwise the minimum is 10.

What is the maximum for class size?

We recommend not more than 25 participants per class.

What part of Phoenix do you train in?

We offer training in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Tolleson, El Mirage, Buckeye, Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, and Scottsdale.

What is the minimum age requirement to take CPR and First Aid Training?
-
There is no minimum age guideline. We recommend not younger than 8 years old for a Basic CPR/First Aid Class. Even young children can learn what to do in the event of a choking emergency and can learn to perform CPR on a child or infant. Keep in mind that in order for a child to be able to perform adequate compressions on an adult the child must weigh at least 90 pounds.

Where are you located?

We are in Glendale, Arizona. However all of our classes are taught offsite at businesses, churches, schools, medical offices and private residences in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Do you teach Healthcare Providers?

No, we are no longer teaching this course.

How long is each class?
-
It depends on the class needed and the number of participants. It ranges from 2-4 hours.

Can I bring my baby/child to class?

No. We are sorry but babies and children in class can be very disruptive to you and others.

How often do I need to get re-certified?

You will need re-certification every 2 years

I lost my Certification Cards can I get new ones?

Yes. Please contact us by phone or email. There is a $5.00 charge for each replacement card.
